Login to your blogger dashboard
Go to Blogger.com site and click on login option and login with password email.
Then go to the dashboard of the site where you want to add the subscribe button.
Click on Theme option
Click on the ∆ option under customize
Click on Edit Html option
Find the body closing tag as in your screenshot. If you don't find it, click on the three dot icon of the Chrome browser and click on the search page. Paste the script just before the body closing tag.
Save the theme after pasting.
If done correctly, the subscribe button will float like your screenshot.
